This agreement ( said Terms ) govern access to the yieldtrix site, platform and services the "Services") run by yieldtrix. Registering with us constitutes acceptance these Terms completely.
1. Eligibility. Applicants must be adults in their jurisdiction and legally able to form binding contracts. Where the Services remains unlicensed or excluded, locals are not eligible. Account accuracy and login secrecy remain your responsibility.
2. What we provide. yieldtrix operates an electronic venue for the instruments listed on this platform. No part of this is investment recommendation; all trading decisions remains yours. Market data displayed is for information and may lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading carries substantial loss risk and suits only those who can hold through it. Leverage can push losses past your posted margin. Only trade capital whose loss you you could withstand.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates sit on the Fees page and make part of this agreement. Pricing may shift after reasonable notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Cornering and manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and unlawful purposes are not permitted. Money laundering and evasion are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. Where law permits extent of law, yieldtrix is not liable for indirect, incidental and consequential losses tied to the Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means consent. The applicable law is the registered jurisdiction of the operating entity.
